Our Founder A.Curtis Farrow He is internationally known as the producer of McDonald’s Gospelfest, which he has directed and produced for 26 years. Under his direction McDonald’s Gospelfest has become the preeminent gospel event in the world and has garnered him three Emmy awards and sixteen nominations. Under his leadership the festival has been celebrated and regarded as one of the most important and influential events in the world with participants coming from Germany, Japan, Korea and Canada and every state in the USA. Last August, he received his seventeenth Emmy nomination for McDonald’s Gospelfest 2023 television show. Mr. Farrow was responsible for the organization, planning and execution of the homegoing services for the Late Whitney Houston and produced the homegoing services for the Late Aretha Franklin, both international events were viewed around the world. As a choir empresario in 2014 Mr. Farrow broke the Guinness World Record for Largest Gospel Choir at 1175, which he followed with a 2000 Voice Choir at Madison Square Garden in 2017 and a 5000 Voice Choir at the Nassau Coliseum in 2018. Mr. Farrow continues to mentor, instruct and hold Choir Master Classes around the world. Mr. Farrow has worked with a myriad of artists and performers including the Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin, Donnie McClurkin, Kirk Franklin, Fantasia, Dionne Warwick, Steve Harvey, Phylicia Rashad, Stephanie Mills, Patti Labelle, Roberta Flack, Hezekiah Walker, Yolanda Adams, CeCe Winans, and the list goes on... As the owner and CEO of Irving Street Rep., one of the only full service Marketing, Public Relations and Activations agencies in the USA and the world, his leadership and creative genius lead Top Campaigns for Fortune 500 companies including McDonald’s, DuPont, Citibank, Bloomingdales Department Stores, Family Federation and many more. Mr. Farrow was awarded the Global Marketplace Award in Johannesburg South Africa “Acknowledging his Outstanding Leadership and Global Impact.” Mr. Farrow has received many honors for his business experience including Proclamation from Office of the Mayor City of New York proclaiming Saturday May 10th, 2025 in the city of New York, A. Curtis Farrow Day, and a Proclamation from Office of the Mayor City of Newark proclaiming Saturday April 5th, 2025, as well as commendations from former Newark Mayor Cory Booker, and former Newark Mayor Sharpe James. In 2009, he was named Man of the Year by the Christian Times and has received a commendation from the Manhattan Borough President and the Public Advocate Award for New York City. In 2020 he received the Global Award from Positive Community Magazine.
